Universal Wrecking Corp (UWC) provides scrap metal recycling services as part of their demolition and wrecking services or as a stand alone service.
UWC recycles both ferrous and non ferrous metals. Ferrous metals include steel, iron and HMS. Non ferrous metals include copper, aluminum, brass, bronze and stainless steels. UWC also deals with exotic metals like titanium, nickel alloys and more.
For demolition and wrecking projects, UWC uses their scrap metal recycling expertise to offset the costs of the project by crediting back the value of the recycled metals. Depending on the amount of scrap metals, UWC has performed many projects where the client paid little to have the work performed due to the amount of credit for scrap metals. In some cases, UWC has paid the client to perform the work due to the significant quantity of scrap metals.
UWC will also provide clients containers that they can fill with their scrap (ferrous and non ferrous) metals. UWC will then pick up the filled containers and can provide additional empty containers for additional scrap metals. All containers are tracked and properly weighed and clients are provided with scale tickets. Clients are always paid promptly for their scrap metals.
